Business Systems Analyst (Fort Lauderdale, FL). Lead technical requirements gathering, analysis and design effort for Multi-Tier Web Enabled, Client/Server. Facilitate JAD sessions, analyze business problems and perform business process re-engineering (BPR).Translate business ideas and concepts into clearly defined system requirements using MS Office & RUP tools. Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, Software Architect (RSA) & IBM Business Modeler and develop requirement traceability matrices. Perform system gap and risk analysis, design structured & object-oriented systems and create system structure, behavior, interaction and data models using UML & Microsoft Visio. Participate in all stages of SDLC, manage systems integration process, perform data analysis and generate reports using Business Objects from Oracle, SQL Server & DB2 databases. Create test cases in MQC and manage user acceptance testing. Must have Bachelors* in Computers/Business/Related (*Bachelors or any suitable combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable) + 24 Months experience as Business Analyst/Business System Analyst.
